How many people do you see that try to “network” in the most annoying ways.
I mean they are always forcing their business cards on you, or randomly give you some product from your company, repeatedly, even when you have expressed disinterest, they will still make you take it.

Whether you realize it or not, you need an email list. You need a way to reach out to your subscribers on a personal level and connect with them. Blogs don’t do that. Facebook doesn’t do that. Only email.
There are lots of ways to build a good email list. But the main thing that you have to offer is some sort of value. Why would people want to give you permission to send them emails, unless there is something in it for them? Continue reading
How many times do we tell ourselves, or hear it from others, “Today is the day. Today is the day you get that big breakthrough.
Many millions of people woke up today with hopes of getting that big breakthrough in their life. Whether that breakthrough is in their personal life, at work, or with some project they have been working on, many millions will end the day disappointed.
But for some, their hard work in their business, marketing and selling will pay off today, they will get their big breakthrough.
So what is the difference?
Why do some people have a breakthrough whilst others will continue to hit their head against the wall?
Is it luck? Or fate?

Last week I revealed my “big tip” for improving failing blogs.

Reading through the comments I started to notice something else; most people are looking for readers in the wrong places.
One of the main problems I see when I look at other peoples blogs is who the articles are written for.

I personally don’t know of one blogger who is happy with the amount of views, comments, sales etc that their blog is generating.
We all want more.
WordPress currently has over 63 million blogs, and there are millions more on blogger and blogspot.
Most of these blogs get less than 1000 visitors per month, and to put it bluntly, are failures.
Some people are content with their little blog about their garden, or about their kids, only getting a few views every month, and I’m not picking on you, if that’s what you like that is fine. But most people want more out of their blog.
